These Terms of Service govern use of www.tailymora.com and purchases made from TailyMora. TailyMora is a trading brand operated by KOSAN Goods LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, “TailyMora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KOSAN Goods LLC.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process orders.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the website. You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The website is not intended for unlawful use.
3. Products and operating model
We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions, included components, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Normal production variation and screen settings can cause minor differences. Product sourcing, quality-control coordination, order processing, and fulfillment are handled with approved production and service partners.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including unavailable inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or an incorrect address. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for that order.

Orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and the carrier's confirmed delivery record, subject to our obligations for damaged, incorrect, or confirmed-lost shipments.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. No return should be sent without authorization. The registered business address is not a return warehouse.
